Anthony Miller

Chairman, Non-Executive Director

Mr. Miller is past Chairman Emeritus of MacLaren McCann, one of Canada’s leading advertising and marketing communications companies. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the global parent, McCann Worldgroup, based in New York, and has held a number of senior positions in advertising agencies in both the United States and Canada for more than 40 years. Miller is a former chairman of the Canadian Institute of Communication and Advertising.

Gary Moss

President & CEO, Director

Gary was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of IMAX Corporation and has held several senior executive roles in the Entertainment industry, including, Live Nation Artists, the successor to Concert Productions International, EMI Music Canada and Sega of Canada. Gary has been actively involved with CRIA (Canadian Recording Industry Association) and is an active member of CARAS (Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences).

Phil Benson

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Benson is a Managing Partner at Fraser Mackenzie Merchant Capital, a Toronto based merchant bank. He has been an advisor to and investor in a broad range of technology, business service and consumer products business through his career. He has advised YANGAROO since 2009 and has been instrumental in helping the Company raise equity and debt capital over this period.

Michael Durance

Non-Executive Director

Michael is the CEO and Managing Director of xiVentures Funds Inc., a Toronto Based boutique venture investment fund focused on select quality technology opportunities. Michael has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership and capital markets in the technology industry. Other prior experience include CEO of Call Genie Inc., and various senior positions at Toshiba American Information Systems, ADC Telecommunications, Global Consulting Services, Saville Systems, and Nortel Networks.

Shep Boone

Non-Executive Director

Shep is a Senior Vice President and portfolio manager at Ingalls & Snyder LLC, a New York based investment advisor and broker-dealer. He has over 30 years of experience in debt and equity investments. His investment strategies have focused on undervalued securities and distressed/turnaround opportunities. Prior to joining Ingalls & Snyder in 1993, Shep was a distressed debt trader with Mabon Nugent & Co. Shep has been a Director of Ingalls & Snyder (1997-1998), a Senior Director (1999-2001 and 2009-2010), a Managing Director (2002-2008), and has been a Senior Vice President since 2010. Shep holds a B.A. from Colgate University in 1989.
